Delicious and very fun experience. I love that everyone at the sushi counter including the sommelier was easy to talk to and laid back, that’s half of what makes omakase experiences fun and memorable! In addition, the food was creative and every dish was delicious. We’ll be back! Grateful this is in our neighborhood.

What a freakin treat. I’ve been lucky enough to eat at countless Michelin star restaurants, and this food is absolutely up there in terms of quality, with far better vibes. They have created a no pomp environment that celebrates eating good food. Chef Odell and his team are obvious masters of flavor - they somehow created an omakase menu that not only celebrates the fish in a traditional way, but adds interesting flavor depth that delights and enhances, and doesn’t overwhelm. The real MVP is the sommelier - she has created such a wonderful and inventive drink pairing with this awesome menu. Eating here makes me so proud to be a Denver area local.

You ever feel like food tastes kind of bland and you’ve lost faith in eating out? Look no further than The Counter because it’s like drinking water after dying of thirst. Every single bite of this place was better than the last. I don’t know that I’ve ever had better meal or experience. Truly 10/10.

My wife and I had a delightful dining experience at The Counter. The food was fantastic, plentiful and diverse, staff was spectacular and the entire experience was delightfully curated.
