A wine bar that runs on tastings, not lists

The programme runs on tastings rather than a static list, with producers from Piedmont to Oregon poured through the week. It works as a bar and a bottle shop in the same room.

James Beard winner Shawn McClain opened it with master sommelier Nick Hetzel on 24 February 2024 in Suite 110 on Helen Toland Street at UnCommons. A second Wineaux followed at the JW Marriott in Summerlin in 2025.
