Brionuts and a run of Dubai chocolate items are the bakery's two signatures. They're what the queues form for.

Blooming Buns Bakehouse opened its second Las Vegas shop on 21 March 2026 on South Rainbow Boulevard near West Russell Road, following the original that opened in summer 2020 on North Durango Drive in Centennial Hills. A grand opening followed on 11 April.
