Bjork Caviar

★ 5.0 · 26 reviews Las Vegas Opened July 2024

A caviar importer you can actually walk into

Bjork works as importer, wholesaler and retailer at once, supplying Strip kitchens and selling packed-to-order tins to anyone who walks in. Tastings, meetings and small parties happen in the extra space too.

It moved into larger premises on South Main Street in July 2024. That turned a supplier into somewhere worth visiting, one of the odder retail ideas in the Arts District and among the best.

Unexpectedly happened upon Bjork Caviar during restaurant week in Las Vegas (June 2026). The meal was second only to the service, both of which should be Michelin starred. This was one of the most authentic, informed, down to earth experiences I’ve had to date. You are encouraged to bring your own wine or cocktail, the food is made fresh and was absolutely stunning. We left with 4oz of caviar and smiles that’s have yet to fade. We will definitely be back!

Bjørk Caviar blew us away during Las Vegas Restaurant Week, a true Arts District hidden gem. Every course was built around their caviar, and the pairings were brilliant. The night we went, they swapped the flounder for skate wing, and it was stellar: sweet, tender meat stranding right off the bone, over spinach and pommes purée with white wine sauce, trout roe, and Spanish Baerii. The white chocolate beignet with caviar caramel sounds like a gimmick...it wasn't. It worked. Stunning plating, warm service, real expertise. If you think great caviar in Vegas requires a Strip markup, Bjørk proves otherwise. We'll be back!

BJORK Caviar was an incredible dinner experience. We did the Restaurant Week tasting menu and everything was legitimately 10/10. The caviar was amazing, especially the Spanish Baerii, which was my favorite of the night, but every selection was excellent and clearly sourced from high-quality farms. The pairings were also perfect. The caviar with the flounder was a standout, and it complemented every dish beautifully. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience even better, and both Christian and Oscar were amazing throughout the entire meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, high-quality dining experience!

RUTA was absolutely amazing. She was so pleasant and very helpful. Looking forward to our return next week! This place is lowkey and cozy. Excited to do the tasting. Bjork is a special little gem

Tucked just off the Strip in the Arts District, Bjork Caviar is one of Las Vegas’s best-kept culinary secrets and a true gem for anyone who appreciates exceptional food and the people behind it. Christian and his team have built something truly special here: a business that serves both the local restaurant community and the greater Vegas dining scene with distinction. But it’s the caviar experience itself that sets Bjork apart. The product is outstanding - clean, nuanced, and clearly sourced with care. Christian’s depth of knowledge about the caviar and the processes behind it is second to none, and his passion for the craft comes through in every interaction. He elevates the entire experience from a simple tasting into something genuinely memorable. We enjoyed the premium tasting, and while the caviar itself was the star, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and thoughtfulness of the accompanying small plates. Each dish was crafted with real finesse and designed not to overshadow the caviar, but to beautifully complement it. The Koji-marinated tomatoes paired with Iberico ham and miso mayo truly sang; the balance of umami, richness, and acidity was masterful. The hamachi was impeccably fresh, elevated by crispy leeks that added a satisfying textural contrast. And the cauliflower puree was a unique and delightful presentation, unexpected in the best possible way. Presentation throughout was thoughtful and refined, tying every element of the experience together seamlessly. If you’re looking for a standout dining experience in Vegas one that celebrates a passionate local small business do yourself a favor and stop in at Bjork Caviar. Don’t miss it.
