Japanese milk bread meets Filipino baking on Spring Mountain

The name refers to the soft, roux-enriched Japanese bread the bakery builds most of its case around. Filipino baking supplies the other half of the identity, from ube to pandesal.

Elevate Hospitality Group, the team behind Moignet Cafe and its mochi-filled beignets, opened it on 13 December 2025. Spring Mountain Road was already thick with Asian bakeries, and this one stood out anyway.
