Massimo Bottura's seaside-Italy restaurant, inside The Moore

Massimo Bottura opened the first Torno Subito in Dubai. The Miami version, with Bernardo Paladini running the kitchen, opened at The Moore in the Design District on 21 August 2024. The reference point is 1960s Italian beach holidays, played straight enough to avoid kitsch.

Pasta is the strongest part of the menu. The room, a restored 1921 furniture showroom with a Zaha Hadid atrium next door, is worth arriving early for.
