Coastal Mexican on the W's rooftop

The W's rooftop got a José Andrés makeover in April 2026, with Mexican tiles and a lit butterfly sculpture at the entrance. Butterfly leans agave: mezcal and tequila, a smoky Oaxacan negroni, ceviche and tuna tostadas to keep everyone upright.

Baja-style crispy fish is the one substantial plate. Go at sunset, when the Gulch skyline actually earns the rooftop pricing.
