New York square slices at the bottom of Broadway
The Prince Street pizzeria that people queue around the block for in Nolita picked Fifth + Broadway for its first Nashville shop, and made it the biggest one it has ever built. The pull is the Sicilian square: thick, focaccia-ish dough, sauce over cheese, pepperoni cups curled up and crisp at the edges. The kitchen filters its water to New York specs, which sounds like marketing until you eat the crust.
It runs until 3am Thursday through Saturday, which tells you exactly who it is feeding. Come off Broadway at 1am and the line moves fast because most people order by the slice.

Pizza is fire! Staff looked exhausted but I bet they deal with a lot of crazy drunks and get their fill of crappy customers.

Prince St. Pizza is the real deal. You can tell the difference from the first bite. Everything is made fresh from scratch in-house, and they even match the pH and alkalinity of the water to New York City, which gives the dough that authentic NYC texture and flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic thin crust slice or their thick, airy Sicilian-style pizza, you really can’t go wrong. My personal favorite is the Naughty Pie—the spicy vodka sauce, mozzarella, creamy ricotta, and drizzle of hot honey are an absolutely incredible combination. Sweet, spicy, creamy, and savory all at once. It’s a winner. If you’re looking for legitimately great pizza in Nashville, this is it. The fresh, scratch-made ingredients put them in a different league, and I don’t think anyone on Broadway can compete with the quality. As an added bonus, they’re open until 4:00 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, making it the perfect way to cap off a night on Broadway. Whether you’re grabbing a late-night slice or making it your destination, Prince St. Pizza won’t disappoint.

Over from England for the Alan Jackson concert, was a bit peckish so we decided to skip the Hattie b’s line and try Prince street, so glad we did, outstanding pizza, the thin crust was the best .

Super friendly staff, very clean, and delicious pizza! 🍕 They gave us a big free cookie for signing up!! The place is decorated really cool and they even have a place to watch sports. Good dudes and great customer service.

The service here by Hendrick was amazing ! I have never experienced someone that had so Much passion for his job. Welcoming to every guest that walked thru the door. Pizza is so good it’s a must stop if your downtown Nashville
