The Chloe hotel opened in January 2026 inside a restored 1920s Craftsman cottage that once housed a record label, and its dining room runs all day on Gulf Coast seafood and New Orleans technique. East Tennessee turns up in dishes like the green pimento and tasso ham plate.
It is a short walk from the Hillsboro Village strip and quieter than anything on it. Breakfast here is the underused meal.
