I was in a bad mood before my husband took me here, he said it was a surprise and I was not in the mood for any surprise 😅 but I love omakase, especially this one! Amazing staff, food is beyond expectation for Nashville, it felt like I was back in Japan at a cute omakase my husband and I went to!

Sometimes in life, you need your faith in humanity restored, and for me, tonight was one of those nights. Having just finished a seven day cleanse, I arrived at Kase x Noko genuinely excited to sit at the counter and be fed gorgeous bites of nigiri. Foolishly, I discovered upon entry that my reservation was actually a month out; rather than turning us away, Julian, the host, was so gracious that they accommodated my date and me with complimentary drinks and even found us spots next door at their equally delicious sister restaurant, Noko. The true icing on the cake came when Julian delivered an amuse bouche of wagyu nigiri to us at the bar. I had mentioned, almost in passing, that I had been dreaming of that one delectable bite, and they went out of their way to make it happen. It is rare to be treated with such warmth and genuine hospitality, and it turned what could have been a disappointing night into one I will remember for a long time.

We’ve been to kase x noko several times, and it’s our favorite restaurant in Nashville! The cocktails are wonderful, and the sushi experience is one to be remembered! I love that you get to watch them make the sushi in front of you, and they are great about explaining what you are eating. The staff members and the bartender are super sweet, and we love that they remember us every time we dine there. Kase x noko is the perfect date night spot. Highly recommend kase x noko, and can’t wait to visit again soon!
