The Four Seasons gutted Mimo and opened Bacco in its place in May 2026. Yes, Nashville has another steakhouse. This one hedges with a serious pasta list, and the gnocchetti sardi and conchiglie al pesto are the dishes worth ordering against the dry-aged beef.

Mornings are quieter and cheaper, with fruit focaccia and avocado toast. Book dinner well ahead: the hotel dining room fills with conference bookings midweek.
