Ingrassia & Sons Italian Deli

Two loaves a day and The Godson
Ingrassia & Sons opened on Humphreys Street in August 2025 as a straight Italian deli, baking two signature loaves every day that everything else is built on. The Godson stacks Italian cured meats and cheese; the triple parm sandwich uses chicken, eggplant and meatball at once.
It is a lunch operation more than a dinner one. Bread sells out on Saturdays.

Absolutely awesome experience. My daughter found Ingrassia through her GF app, and as bread was her favorite snack forever we had to try their home-made GF focaccia. We were greeted by the owner, who was gracious and thrilled to talk to us about the everything. We ordered our sandwiches and ate in the deli. The sandwiches were amazing, all of the ones we ordered were raved about by all. The Godson (spiced it) was otherworldly, which as I am not a sandwich guy in general was a surprise for me. From end to end, it was fantastic. Several of our group got the Chicken Parm and loved it. The chicken was pounded nice and thin, fried to perfection and top with the right amounts of sauce and cheese. The Fancy Prosciutto was also a hit. Now the soul purpose for our trip originally, the home-made GF focaccia. My daughter ordered The Godson and was quite near moved to tears. She loved bread, go to snack at home and out, so having to lose that from her diet has been hard as Hell. This made her trip, we bought several to take home. Thank you Ingrassia & Sons. **We all ate too quickly and completely forgot to take pictures, which is total compliment**

Best sandwiches in Nashville for sure! A group of us went to the neighborhood to walk around and stumbled upon Ingrassia & Sons. We tried a bunch of things and everything blew us away! We got the melty ham and swiss with peaches, the chicken cutlet, the godson, and the meatball parm. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. They make their own bread bread and it shows. These were some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. We also tried the pasta salad, which was delicious! The place is so cute and clean. The staff was really friendly and we had a great conversation with the owner John. We will definitely go back!

This was our first visit. I had the Sneaky Turkey Sandwich with pasta salad and my wife had the Italian chopped salad. We shared the gluten free lemon tart dessert. I enjoyed the house made focaccia bread and it is clear that the ingredients are very fresh. My wife said that the chopped salad was excellent with a wide variety of fresh ingredients such as mixed greens, salami, chick peas, pepper. The lemon tart was delicious. Nice fresh lemon taste and we would not have guessed it was gluten free.

We just happened on this deli and are so glad we did! The sandwiches were fantastic (highly recommend the chicken parm). Ample serving size as well, as we were able to make 2 meals out of each sandwich. We had a great chat with the owner, John, who welcomed us as if we were family. The vibe was very unique as there was an old-school juke box where you could choose from hundreds of songs, for free. We will be back!

Sicilian deli tucked into WeHo? That’s love and happy feelings wrapped around neighborhood comfort. Get your staples and make at home goodies and grab a Tiramisu Latte to make your life just a little bit better. Sandwiches are pretty good - definitely looking right at you chicken parm. Including pics of several here…
