Hillsboro Village's grown-up option

Twenty First opened in January 2025 in the old Kabob and HQues space, bi-level, from the Dalton's group. Hillsboro Village is thick with taco counters and burger bars, and this is the room that takes a reservation.

Prime rib empanadas, truffle caesar, duck breast with blackberry gastrique. Cocktails get macadamia cold foam and red wine floaters, for better or worse.
