The first José Andrés room in Nashville
Zaytinya opened at the W in the Gulch in February 2026, the opening move in what became four José Andrés venues in one hotel. Warm wood, brass and aged white brick, and a menu of Greek, Turkish and Lebanese mezze: hummus, baba ganoush, kebab platters.
Order the smoked lamb shoulder or the whole baked fish for the table and treat the spreads as the warm-up. It books out faster on weekends than the rooftop does.

My husband and I were visiting Nashville for the weekend and I have to say that this restaurant was our favorite thing that we did here! The food was excellent and service was provided promptly. I would highly recommend doing the chef experience. We will definitely come back again! God bless!

Had such a lovely experience at the bar. The service was warm and attentive, and when I mentioned it was my birthday, the bartender surprised me with a beautiful dessert topped with a candle. Such a thoughtful touch and a memorable visit.

We had a wonderful Celebration dinner at Zaytinya in Nashville. We chose the Chefs Experience and it did not disappoint. This will definitely be a regular stop in our dining out rotation. We also did the Chefs wine parings. Cheers

Had a great dinner here, everything tasted wonderful. Was slightly bummed that it took a long time for the food to come out but it was all amazing so we got over the delay quickly. Will be back for sure. The drinks were so good and had nice little surprises of unexpected flavors - whatever is in the foam of the tequila cocktail is addicting.

I’ve had Lebanese and Middle Eastern food all over the world, and no disrespect to Nashville (I just haven’t seen a ton of it here) so this was a really great find. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the decor is beautiful—elevated without feeling overdone. We were staying at the hotel and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. It was such a pleasant surprise. Food-wise, I’d rate it about 4.5/5. It’s not fully traditional Lebanese, but that’s to be expected since they describe themselves as more of a Mediterranean/Lebanese mix. The dishes felt thoughtful, fresh, and full of flavor. We went during happy hour and ordered the hummus and the red pepper feta dip, both were standout and I’d absolutely get them again. The rice is mixed with a good amount of ghee (delicious!), and the chicken was flavorful. One thing to note: the meat portions are on the smaller side, but that’s typical for a mezze-style restaurant. Overall, I would definitely go back and highly recommend it if you’re in Nashville and want something flavorful that’s really well done.
