Over a dozen egg sandwiches on South Street

Sandpiper opened on South Street in June 2026 with more than twelve egg sandwiches on the board, plus a breakfast burrito for mornings that need one.

French toast and waffles cover the sweet side. Caesar wraps and salads handle lunch. Coffee is the other reason people are queuing.

Looking so good, and delicious fresh sandwich. The fries are also still crispy eventhough i order it online. Definitely order from Sandpiper again

Cute new spot! I really enjoyed the Vietnamese iced coffee, skippy latte, and chicken caesar wrap. Definitely will be back often!
