A wine bar that goes by "let's drink"

Buvons is French for "let's drink," and that's basically the whole pitch. The list leans natural and low-intervention, with small plates that back up the wine instead of competing with it, snacks built for sharing over a few glasses.

This is a two-people-and-a-bottle kind of room, not a big group dinner spot. Skip the printed list and ask staff for something off it, that's usually where the night gets good.

What a charming spot. Music, mood, small space with room for small parties and good conversations. The staff took great care of us and made perfect suggestions on bubbles. Get there early if you can as it fills up fast. And you had me at champagne and grilled cheese.

This is definitely going to become my favorite bubbles / French vibes spot going forward! Came here for a last minute date night and really wanted a glass of sparkling. Their menu is great and I appreciate that they even have half pour options. We already had eaten but got to try the l’orange cake which was unexpected and yummy. Service was great - the owner (I believe) was so kind and thoughtful. I look forward to coming back.

Stopped in with my husband and 3 friends and sat at the bar last night; what an absolutely delightful little spot! The owner (?) and one other behind the bar were so kind and attentive and the selection of bubbles was great! We shared a bottle and ordered some snacks and grilled cheese which were all very flavorful :) we will definitely be back!

Cute new spot! Adam was very knowledgeable and recommended a delicious bottle of wine to me and my friends! It’s definitely a classy little spot. Perfect for a date night or a cozy space for conversations.
