Coffee and retail on the eastern end of University

Moniker General Outpost opened in December 2024 at 3140 University Avenue, on the ground floor of The Waldorf at the corner of Iowa Street. Half coffee shop, half retail.

Ryan Sisson, Moniker's CEO, put it here rather than nearer 30th Street on the argument that the eastern end of University is where North Park is heading. It is a fringe location and that is the bet. Good place to sit if the 30th Street shops are full, which they are.
