The loaves go before the day does. Get there by ten. Hours run Tuesday to Friday, mornings only. The whole operation stays deliberately slow and limited.

Izola soft opened this East Village bakery in June 2024 at 1429 Island Avenue, the payoff after a long stretch of pop-ups and a fundraising campaign to build the room.
