A roaster on Voltaire Street in Ocean Beach

Ocean Beach ran Starbucks out of town in 2022 and clearly didn't miss it. Coffee Cycle roasts its own beans, which separates it from most of the neighborhood's improbable number of coffee bars.

It opened at 4856 Voltaire Street in September 2024, joining Ultreya, Excelsa and Spill the Beans in a small beach neighborhood that has no business supporting this many coffee shops.
