The team behind KnB Bistro further along the boulevard opened this one in December 2024 at 6358 Del Cerro Boulevard.

Phenomenal pizza!! The quality is top notch!!! My favorite pizza place in San Diego. You could never go wrong with any type of pizza you get. The service is always excellent and wait times are super reasonable. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend the pizza at Del Cerro Pizza. They use fresh ingredients for the dough and toppings. I personally appreciate the thin crust and fresh taste. The staff is customer attentive, friendly and brings a family feeling. I am big on old fashion customer service. I have been following Zee for years, and I am his loyal customer. Where ever he goes to make pizza, I am there!

We ordered pizzas for our annual Christmas party last night and everyone loved it! Sid and Nancy were so great at putting our order together and getting it ready on time to be picked up. It was just delicious. Everyone especially loved the hot honey pizza and the Barbecue Chicken pizza in addition to the regular pepperoni, Del Cerro supreme and sausage pizzas. I highly recommend this restaurant! We will definitely order from them again in the future!

We had excellent Garlic Knots and beverages while we waited for our pizza to go. Knots were insane, crispy, tasty and the sauce was so so good! Wanted to add the pizza was the best! We had the vegetarian. Fresh veggies and the crust was thin and so crispy!

Visiting the area, I searched for pizza places, and Del Cerro Pizza & Beer came up. They're fairly new--having just opened in December 2024, from what I understand. We ordered the Del Cerro's Hot Honey Pizza, Backyard BBQ Pie, and Garlic Knots. Everything was amazing. I've been to a lot of pizza spots, and I believe their style is New York brick oven pizza. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite pizza places I've been to. Aside from the food, "Z" (I'm assuming he's the manager) was probably one of the nicest, most hospitable people I've ever met. He was the only one working when we came in, but still incredibly kind and welcoming.
