Buoy Bar opened on Franklin Street in 2025, built around Korean anju: dishes meant to be eaten while drinking, not a meal that happens to come with a beer. The cocktail list is built to match.

Franklin is a one-way arterial, not a street for strolling, so this is somewhere you go on purpose. Being close to the symphony and opera houses makes the hour before curtain the busiest one.
