Gelato from the Quince and Cotogna kitchen, next door to both
Gelateria di Cotogna opened on Pacific Avenue in 2025, run out of the same Jackson Square operation as Cotogna and Quince, Michael and Lindsay Tusk's restaurants a few doors down. The gelato is made in the restaurant kitchens, not bought in.
It is a counter, not a room, and it exists partly to give the block something open in the afternoon lull between services. Two scoops is the sensible order given how dense the base is.
