A low-alcohol bar inside the Saluhall food hall

Spirited opened inside Saluhall in July 2026, the Nordic food hall on the lower floors of the old Emporium building at 945 Market. The bar comes from Spirited Beverage Co. and leans on non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks, in keeping with a hall built around a plant-forward brief.

Saluhall is one of the few reasons to walk this block of Market Street after work, and a bar was the piece it was missing. Order at the counter, then carry the drink to whichever stall you're eating from.
