A Southern mansion at Houston and East Oglethorpe now holds Savannah's newest big-occasion table. Marbled & Fin pairs dry-aged cuts with a raw bar, the kind of modern steakhouse menu that rewards a slow night.
The building took months to restore before opening, and it shows. This is already where locals book anniversaries, not a random Tuesday.

Amazing atmosphere, food, and service! Shannon was personable and very attentive without being intrusive throughout our meal! The champagne selection was phenomenal, along with the extra touches the restaurant provided. This was definitely an experience that we won’t forget!!! If you have a chance…make a reservation and GO!

Had a great fine dining experience here. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and definitely worth the visit. The service was outstanding—Jessica took amazing care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Big shoutout to her! The only downside was that there’s no valet parking, which would have been nice for a fine dining restaurant. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I’d definitely come back.

We celebrated my Father's day dinner here. What an Awesome Food Experience. The service was impeccable from Rafael the bartender, Ted our server and the rest of the staff who stopped at our table. We even talked with Missy, the Manager how Wonderful our experience was. The Food was On Another Level. Everything was served to Perfection. We ordered the Broiled Oysters and Bone Marrow as a starter. So Delicious. I had the Bone in Ribeye and my wife had the Bone in Cheshire Pork Chops. Both were cooked perfectly and so Tasty. We also had a couple of drinks from the bar. We finished with the Baked Alaska and a Tawny Port. This is definitely one of my Favorite Food Experiences. We're looking forward to going again soon.

A nice welcome and up the stairs we went. Very nicely decorated and comfy seats. The menu was varied with lots of good choices, our server was Portia, she was pleasant, very attentive and she had some good recommendations. All of our food and drinks came out and were delicious. Thankyou, we will be back!!

Service was FANTASTIC!!! 10/10 Porsha treated us very well. I will be back. Thank you for the Birthday Card 🤗. Both my fiancée and I enjoyed the food especially the Mac & Cheese we added Truffle and Lobster 🔥. The sides are ala cart and big enough for two ppl. The milk bread was fresh, crispy on the outside and soft inside. You all are doing something special. With Love💕
