Guilin rice noodles in the old Broadfork space
Win Feng opened in April 2026 on 12th Ave NE, serving Guilin noodles, a Guangxi dish that's hard to find anywhere else in Seattle.
The bowl comes loaded with your choice of toppings, then hot broth poured over the top. Between this and Xi'an Noodles reopening, the U-District noodle scene just got a lot better.

An excellent Chinese noodle restaurant. Don't expect a fancy environment but go for the great flavors. Ordering is through a screen device, and very efficient. There are a few simple options, essentially rice noodles with one or two toppings that you select. They have chicken, beef and (amazing) pork belly for the less adventurous, but we had pigs ear and pork intestines which were DELICIOUS (yeah, get over it). Once delivered they have a condiment bar where you can add hot hot sauce, chili crisp, green onion, cilantro and crispy soy beans. Towards the end of the meal they recommended adding some broth to "soup up" the last bit. Very inexpensive, fast and excellent. Friendly staff too.

It‘s so delicious. Unexpectedly, the taste is very authentic. It’s the most delicious Mi Guilin rice noodles I‘ve ever eaten in the United States. It’s just that it‘s not easy to park, so I’ll take it home and eat it. I‘ll come again and recommend it to my friends. The boss is very nice and gave us pickled eggs.

I’m Vietnamese and came here with a friend from Guangxi. I’ve been eating rice noodles my whole life, so I’m pretty particular about both texture and flavor. I’ve also tried many Guangxi-style noodles before, like Liuzhou Luosifen and Nanning Laoyoufen. This was my first time having Guilin rice noodles in Seattle, and I was genuinely impressed. The noodles were very authentic, with great texture and well-balanced flavors—it really reminded me of what you’d find back in Guangxi. What stood out to me even more was the service. I asked the staff to shorten the cooking time so the noodles would be firmer and more chewy, and they happily accommodated my request. The result was perfect, and the whole experience was very pleasant. Really glad to finally have a place like this in Seattle. Highly recommended!
