Tampa's first Nikkei rooftop, seven floors up

Peruvian ingredients meet Japanese technique on a seventh-floor perch above Bayshore Boulevard. Maru is Tampa's first dedicated Nikkei concept, and the cocktail and small plates menu shares billing with the panoramic views.

Its early success paved the way for the same hospitality group's second Tampa project, O-Ku, which landed on the same block a year later. Maru is 21 and up, every night on the roof.
