My husband brought me here for my birthday, and it was a wonderful place! The food and ambiance were excellent, and our server was kind and attentive. My main dish was the seabass, and it was excellent, and you have to try their sushi—very tasty.

BOSC delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Chris, our server, was outstanding, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Grant, the GM, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as guests. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, the sea bass was cooked to perfection, and both the filet and ribeye were tender, flavorful, and expertly executed. Every dish was presented with care and exceeded our expectations. Between the incredible food, outstanding service, and welcoming hospitality, BOSC has earned a place among our favorite dining destinations. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top tier dining experience.

Bosc is truly the premier dining establishment in Tampa. 🍐 The level of quality cannot be overstated. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh sushi from the sushi bar or hot food from the kitchen, you are guaranteed excellence when you choose to dine here. Our server, Shari, was kind, attentive, and incredibly proactive in anticipating our needs. She delivered 5-star service at a 5-star restaurant. They continually showcase creative new specials, including sushi/appetizers, fresh Fish of the Day, chef entrée features, as well as dessert. This evening’s features included: Oysters Rockefeller, Salmon Arare (pictured), Blackened Branzino, and a 12 oz New York Strip paired with Potatoes Au Gratin (pictured). We also enjoyed the Sweet Dream roll and the kale salad (both pictured). Having tried a majority of the menu items, I can personally attest to the fact that absolutely every dish is delicious. If you’re looking for your new favorite restaurant, look no further: this is it!

We came to this restaurant for date night after seeing Charlie Belcher feature it on the news, and we absolutely enjoyed our experience. They offer a great variety of food options, and the drinks were perfectly curated. The sashimi salad is a must-try! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his perfectly cooked steak, and I was truly impressed with the restaurant overall. On top of that, our server Gianna was so cheerful and attentive, which made the night even better! ❤️

Wow! Local Hyde Park resident here so happy that an upscale restaurant has made it to my neighborhood! Stephanie our server showed true hospitality and sold me on that Swordfish special and the most amazing Mezcal cocktail I’ve had to date. This place was BUMPING on a friday night, yet my cocktails and plates came out 11/10. Photos include: Cocktails Fried Green Tomatoes (A Must) Tuna Crispy Rice Burger (Yum) Swordfish w/ Creamy Risotto Can’t wait to come back and try more.
