Live-fire Spanish cooking, paella made to order

Everything here runs through fire. Wood-fired grilling, imported ham and cheese, and paella cooked to order anchor the Spanish menu, led by chef and co-founder Nick Orr, who ran the kitchen at Rocca before this.

Lumbre was the first restaurant to open inside Rome Collective, the new development on North Rome Avenue in North Hyde Park, and it set the tone for everything that followed it in. It comes from Tastes Pretty Good, the group behind Rocca and Bar Terroir.
