Joel the mixologist and Justin our server were amazing and we received exactly the type of service experience expected of a place as classy as here. The food and drinks were to die for. The show was great as well. The singers voice was beautiful and the dancers were graceful. My friends and I will definitely return.

I brought my wife to The Sapphire for a date night, and we had an incredible experience. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else in Tampa. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn't your typical restaurant. The entrance is beautiful, the lighting is elegant, and the entire venue has a modern luxury feel that immediately sets the tone for the evening. The food was outstanding, and the steak was honestly one of the best I've had in Tampa. One thing that really sets this place apart is the entertainment. You can enjoy live music while you're having dinner, and later in the evening the DJ takes over and keeps the energy up without taking away from the upscale atmosphere. It feels like you're getting dinner, live music, and nightlife all in one place. The attention to detail throughout the venue is impressive. The custom lighting, upscale décor, beautiful bar, private dining areas, and comfortable seating all make the experience feel first class. On Friday and Saturday nights, the ladies' restroom even has a hairstylist available for touch-ups, along with a comfortable sitting area where guests can freshen up before heading back out. It's a unique touch that my wife thought was a great idea. The dress code also helps create a classy environment where everyone looks their best, which adds to the overall experience. The staff was attentive, the service was excellent, and the entire evening exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, live entertainment, and an upscale atmosphere for a date night or special occasion, The Sapphire is absolutely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back.

From the moment we pulled up to valet, we knew we were in for something special. Every detail, from the warm welcome at check-in to being escorted to our table, felt thoughtful and elevated. One of my favorite touches was that the cocktail cart came right to our table as soon as we were seated, and our drinks were crafted tableside. It immediately set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The entertainment throughout the night was phenomenal! We loved being able to request songs, enjoy the live music, watch people dancing, and soak in such a vibrant atmosphere. It struck the perfect balance between upscale and lively. The highlight of our evening, though, was our server, Gabrielle. She was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and effortlessly on top of everything. Her energy was genuine, friendly, and engaging, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. She made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. What impressed us most was that this level of hospitality extended beyond just our server. Every single person we interacted with, from the valet and hosts to the runners and bar staff, was welcoming, attentive, and truly seemed to care about creating an exceptional experience. Sapphire isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. The impeccable service, incredible ambiance, delicious drinks, live entertainment, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best nights we’ve had in Tampa. A huge thank you to Gabrielle and the entire team. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing experience on Wednesday night dinner, seated right away, right next to the stage. Great live music with songs that take you back to the 90s-2000s! Service was also top notch, loved the bar cart service for drinks! Also impressive vegetarian option which you rarely see. Love the complimentary valet and also desserts! Bathroom is so pretty and clean. They are an upscale supper club, only one in our area. Would highly recommend! Just wish they had a ladies night on Wednesday, the place would be packed!
