Chinese and sushi from Downtown Tampa's longtime favorite
Sushi and poke now share the menu with the Chinese classics that built a following over eighteen years at Oriental Express. Same couple, Xue Yun and Chao Lin, new name, new concept, a few blocks from where they started.
The move kept things walkable for the regulars who'd been coming since the old spot on North Franklin Street, while the rebrand pulls in a curious new crowd. Fridays are the late night to know.

Really good place good area parking literally right across the street super good food very authentic didn’t make my stomach hurt like most sushi places

I'd give 6 stars if possible. I stumbled in here on a sushi craving and loved every morsel of food. The service seemed great too. Classic and excellent. Why wouldn’t you try a good place?

Florida has been bailed out by the east. Central florida does not have good tasting food or even good customer service, so finding this gem in Tampa was totally rad. Helpful staff and meal came out quick looking great. Worth the price which is not as high as others in this category.

This delightful family restaurant was a model of hospitality and very tasty food. Both Chinese and Japanese dishes were prompt, and excellent. I heartily recommend this bistro for both good, clean dishes and great service.

We ordered general Tso chicken, Ramen house special and mexican roll. They were very delicious and the waiter was so friendly and professional. We had a great lunch there.
