A Scottish seafood room lands at The Wharf

Fish Shop crossed from Scotland to Water Street SW in September 2025, its first American room. King Charles is reportedly a regular at the original, which the DC branch is not shy about.

Most of the fish comes from regional producers. Roasted rockfish, striped bass with cauliflower gnocchi and English peas, plus a raw bar and private dining rooms for the expense-account crowd.
