We booked a three-night stay at La Passion while traveling to Vietnam for my daughter’s wedding dress shopping, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and polite. We arrived before check-in, and they kindly stored our luggage so we could head out and explore. On our departure day, since our flight was late at night, they also allowed us to leave our bags with them after check-out, which we really appreciated. Our room was comfortable and clean. My daughter had booked a twin room, but we were given a room with one king-size bed instead. Fortunately, the bed was spacious enough for both of us, so it wasn’t an issue. The room had all the basic amenities we needed, although it didn’t have a window, so there wasn’t any natural light or view. A bathtub would also have been a nice addition after long days of walking around the city. Breakfast was probably the only part that could be improved. The selection and quality were fairly average, but I appreciated that the staff continued to accommodate guests who arrived toward the end of the breakfast service instead of rushing everyone out. Overall, the warm hospitality really stood out and made our stay enjoyable. The team’s excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend La Passion to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with genuinely caring staff. I had a wonderful stay at La Passion Saigon Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated close to many of the major tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, making it easy to explore the city on foot or with a short ride. Overall, I highly recommend La Passion Saigon Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff (Jasmine, Vicky, Jolie)were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the highlights of our first trip to Ho Chi Minh City. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality created such a comforting atmosphere that we immediately felt at home. A very special thank you to Sam. Seeing that we were two girls traveling with our luggage, he immediately stepped in to help us without hesitation. His thoughtful gesture and genuine kindness touched us deeply and left a lasting impression. We would also like to thank Kitty, who was absolutely lovely. Her beautiful smile made every interaction feel warm and personal. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. It was the perfect way to start each morning. As first-time visitors to Ho Chi Minh City, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The outstanding service and heartfelt hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely return on our next visit and will gladly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

If you want to be in the center in a quiet area, with the best services 👌 here is your place. The breakfast always good, diverse and local, Nemo, kana and Julie are always in services, ready you help you and service you. Kitty was our savior jejej she is so nice, making us feel amazingly comfortable 💖 with. You can't forget about the pool is personal and look awesome in the roof 😎
