First time staying in Indigo with my wife. Pleasantly surprised with the young team and its teamwork and thee great services we received. It feels warmth, genuine and just pleasant to walk into the hotel like returning home:). It is the many little details that we observed that prompted us to write. From the warmth check-in , to the attention we gotten at the breakfast area and even the security guy who tirelessly opened the door and asked about our destinations and telling the drivers that took us whenever we took the Grab! Frankly, the services are as good, but the warmth and the smiles of the services are even better! We had a great stay! Thank you! I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo, the service was above and beyond, the facilities all clean and room cleaning every day was very meticulous. The rooftop pool is beautiful and buffet breakfast had lots of options. I was staying over my birthday and the staff were so kind to send me a cake wishing me happy birthday once I arrived back in the evening. Felt very special and thoughtful - thank you to the entire team. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Saigon, it's location was also good - walking distance or a Grab away from any major locations

Such an amazing hotel! We traveled across Vietnam and stayed in four different hotels, and this one had by far the biggest room. The view was incredible, as the hotel is located near the center of the city. We were able to see high rises, apartments, skyscrapers etc from our window. The decor for the rooms is colorful and comfortable, a theme present through the building. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods, great for picky eaters and kids who aren’t sure what they’ll like. The staff were all so welcoming, especially Ken, who helped us with our luggage. All in all, Hotel Indigo was a great pick for our family, and a lovely end to an amazing vacation!

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and cafe. The service is top notch. I have foot injury and need service, Jacob Nguyen (Mr.) gave me travel, hospital information and prepare wheelchair for me. Facility are nice and clean especially pool on roof top. Our family enjoy it very much. Breakfast is excellent, our daughter likes special bibimbab and service is great also. Don’t forget to try variety Vietnamese coffee. Vi and Tai are very good staff in the restaurant. We will return.

The hotel provided genuinely excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. We had a very pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would especially like to thank Ken for his outstanding service. He responded promptly to our requests and made sure our needs were taken care of efficiently and professionally. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be very happy to return and stay here again in the future!
