Everything comes off fire, in a small room on Truong Dinh
The kitchen is open and the room is small enough that you smell dinner before you see the menu. Almost everything at Cee's comes off live fire: vegetables charred hard, whole fish, cuts that spend a while sitting in the smoke.

Returning from a previous experience. Cee’s did not disappoint with the food and service! We had oysters, tartare, steak, crab salad, and lobster with linguini all of which were amazing. Although the lobster was not the freshest I’ve had. To complement, our server, Trung was very attentive and friendly, no notes there!

The food was amazing, especially the zucchini ricotta side dish, it was incredibly juicy, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. The steak was excellent too, perfectly cooked and very satisfying. The drinks were great, and the ambience and music was serving A special shout-out to Troy, who served throughout the meal. His warm personality and positive energy made the entire experience even more enjoyable. He truly sets a great example of Vietnamese hospitality. Highly recommended!

Joe and team were great. Food was good and portion was huge. The pork chop we ordered was tender and flavourful. Joe was so attentive, he noticed I wasn’t a fan of onions and he asked me if I would like to separate it for my mains and other items. 10/10 for attention and service

Highly recommend Cee's! We had a fantastic dining experience here. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Michael (Sáng) for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely polite, quick to assist, and gave us excellent recommendations. Top-notch service paired with great food!

got a table for 5 for dinner and it was one of the best meals i have ever had! the food came out quick, already packed with flavor. We had Joe served us and he was amazing! we were foreigners so it felt really good having a server who understood english. definitely recommend the tiramisu and sticky toffee pudding!! absolutely to die for 😍 will definitely come back when we visit saigon ❤️
