Cold raw bar on one end, live fire on the other
Muội runs on one contrast: a raw bar working cold and clean at one end of the room, an open fire doing the opposite at the other. Squid linguine and whole grilled grouper are the two dishes people keep bringing up.
It's on Nguyen Van Thu in Đa Kao, on the same stretch as several of District 1's newer wine bars. The menu runs as a residency rather than a fixed lineup, so check what's on before you go.
