One tasting menu, one seating, down an alley

Vore hides down an alley off Nguyen Binh Khiem, with room for very few and no à la carte. There's one fixed tasting menu a night, one seating, and the kitchen works in view of most tables.

Booking is the only way in. The menu changes often enough to justify going twice, so clear three hours and don't rush it.
