Smash burgers that turn into day parties

The patties are thin-smashed on the griddle until the edges go crisp, then stacked with homemade sauces. It's street food treated like a craft, run by a young team that clearly geared up on the details.

Once a month the room flips into a day party with guest DJs and bartenders running one-off cocktail menus. The burger stays the point, the rest is just atmosphere.

Not even a slight exaggeration when I say this place is 5 stars all around. Sincerely my personal favourite restaurant in Sofia. The best burger in the city has gotten even better in terms of taste, quality and vibes. The staff are always friendly, cheery and smiling. It’s always very clean too which is a huge plus in my book. I recommend the jalapeño burger when you come. Thank me later.

I recommend! I went in mid-January 2026. Very high quality and really good restaurant-level burger on soft and good bread! I also got a good In A Bun's own hot sauce with the French fries! The staff was nice and helpful! The place looks clean, and I liked sitting upstairs on the balcony. The location is easy, close to Saint Nedelya Cathedral & Serdika metro station. Good Luck!

One of the best burgers I have had in Bulgaria, after checking many places in Sofia, and in Varna. The bun makes a big difference, none of that fancy brioche bun, none of that carefully Instagrammed-designed burgers. not the kind you'll find In the places that want to be trendy but a real tasty, well made and authentic burger. Great quality bun, nice chew to it, not too dense. Had a double cheeseburger, some fries. The size is a bit small for the price but the taste made up for it. Went back for another right after. The place was almost empty, it was a Monday evening at 19h00, but I hope it gets better. Wish they were also in Varna....
