Cin Cin Wine Bar: inviting atmosphere and quality composition

Cin Cin Wine Bar

★ 4.9 · 326 reviews Prague Opened June 2024

An informal wine bar on Dlážděná, open since June 2024

Cin Cin opened on Dlážděná in June 2024, on a short street between the main station and Náměstí Republiky that has quietly filled up with places worth stopping at. The format is deliberately loose: no tasting flights, no lectures, just a long by-the-glass list.

The selection is global rather than Moravian-first, which sets it apart from most Prague wine bars, and the food is limited to boards and a few warm plates. It gets busy from about six with people finishing work nearby.

I drink wine everywhere I go I never drink a single thing else and this is the best wine I’ve ever had in my entire life. The service is phenomenal. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The owner is very knowledgeable and super friendly and kind. They also are helping us Americans with everybting. COME HERE!!! I have never done a review ever but this is so good I had to! They also give the best food ever! Wow I’m so happy!

Highly highly recommend this Wine bar if you are in Prague. We happened to pass this place on our way back to hotel from Old Town and decided to sit for a quick drink. Before we knew, we ended up spending 3 hours. The staff is superb and talkative. They help with wine recommendations and tasting based on your taste preferences. Small cozy place but had an amazing vibe with the DJ playing nice music.

We absolutely loved the atmosphere, music, and overall vibe of the bar. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the drink recommendations were genuinely excellent — we really enjoyed everything we tried. The only downside was that we were never shown a menu or informed about the prices while drinks were being recommended and poured. In the end, paying around 3500 CZK for five glasses and a bottle of water was quite surprising, even for Prague. We understand that we could have asked ourselves, but a bit more transparency from the staff regarding pricing would have made the experience feel more comfortable and consistent with the otherwise outstanding service.

Wow, what an experience. I cannot speak more highly of Variz’s service, the impeccable wine selection & the divine platters and dessert. Truly a 10/10, no notes!

Went here on march 2nd and it was perfect. A bottle of port and a glass of scotch at the end Annoying found this on our last night in Prague but I will definitely be returning on my next visit. A hidden gem I will be suggesting to everyone I know that goes to Prague. Wine selection was amazing and the service was top tier. I would also go here for a good scotch too! Staff are very knowledgeable of their product and look sharp.very impressed.
