The Ambiente patisserie's Holešovice branch, open since December 2025

Myšák opened its Holešovice branch in December 2025, in Hall 27 of the market, sharing the space with the Naše maso butcher counter. It brought the same window of větrníky, kremrole and open sandwiches that made the original a fixture.

The coffee is specialty rather than an afterthought, which is not always true of Czech patisseries. It works as a breakfast stop and as a mid-afternoon one, and the shared courtyard outside gives it far more seating than the counter suggests.
