Neapolitan pizza with Japanese-inspired toppings

The dough ferments 48 hours. It becomes Neapolitan-style from there, topped with combinations that nod to Japanese cuisine. Koi Cooks built its following through frozen pizzas sold under the Frizzas name before opening this, its first real address.

It takes reservations and keeps limited hours, noon to 6pm most weekdays and later on Fridays. That reads more like a specialty destination than a walk-in pizzeria.
