Selva reads as an all-day spot: coffee and light bites in the morning, a full dinner service by night. The menu draws on Mexican and broader Latin American cooking rather than one country's kitchen.

It's kept building momentum since opening in Plaza Orleans, enough that local coverage still calls it one of the restaurants that defined the year.
