An art-filled all-day bar on Kolonaki's Ploutarchou Street

Anastasis Behrakis and Dimitris Loukidis opened Deka on Ploutarchou Street in Kolonaki in September 2025, in a space designed by architect Georgina Erotokritou and hung with contemporary art rather than the usual neighborhood-bar decor. The menu runs ten sharing plates alongside wine, cocktails and coffee, built to work across a full day rather than just an evening.

Breakfast and brunch pull an early crowd before the room shifts toward wine and cocktails by evening, a format that asks the same space to work two different shifts. It arrived as Ploutarchou itself was seeing a wave of new openings after a quieter stretch.
