A coffee bar under the old sugar factory chimney

Kade sits at the heart of De Loskade, an experimental circular neighbourhood built on the old sugar factory grounds south west of the centre. The listed factory chimney still looms over it, and this is where the people who live and work there actually meet.

The price model slides: a Stadjerspas or student card gets you a discount, on purpose, to keep the room mixed. Tuesday to Friday it doubles as a workspace, and most people arrive by bike along the canal.
