Arctic seafood on Tromsø's old shipyard

Fangst means "the catch" in Norwegian, and it sits on the site of Tromsø's old shipyard, now the Vervet district being rebuilt along the water. The kitchen works with Arctic ocean produce and draws on the north's maritime history.

The modern dining room and waterfront setting mark the area's shift from industry to restaurants. Fangst is part of a small collective of Tromsø restaurants.
