Mexican tacos with an Asian twist, hidden in a Santurce bar

Neloa cooks out of the back of Bar 0.2 on Avenida Roberto H. Todd, and the flour tortilla tacos come loaded with things like beef and pickled vegetables. Pozole and tamarind shrimp round out a menu built to match the cocktails.

Chef Paulina Díaz Jordán keeps it short: a taquería that drinks like a cocktail bar. That's the Santurce mood in one plate.
