Crudo y Carbón

Raw fish and open fire, half and half
The menu splits down the middle, raw on one side, fire on the other, with a Brazilian streak running through both. Moqueca, pão de queijo, picanha seared on stone and a watermelon ceviche called Bossa Nova all share the table.
Founders Fer and Alexis lean on local producers, right down to the Puerto Rican miso from Productos Aúna in the salad. Sit at the counter if you want to watch the fire side work.

"Crudo y Carbon" was an excellent street food experience. Each plate is crafted with carefully picked ingredients. The chef came out and explained the menu to us, and made recommendations based on what we were looking for. We had an incredible experience. Overall, this is without a doubt a spot you need to try. The drinks are from Barra Negra, which were very tasty as well. We had more than the two in the picture, but I will assure you they are fantastic.

Went there last Saturday and have not stopped thinking about the food since. Every course got me more excited for the ones to come. Excellent service and attention to detail. I can’t wait to go back.
