Seasonal cooking that rewrites itself by the week
éto calls itself cuisine of now, and the plates back it up. Chef Sorin Stoica reinterprets familiar flavors instead of borrowing someone else's playbook, and the menu shifts with what's in season.
It sits on Viitorului, in the residential streets near Foișorul de Foc rather than on some showcase boulevard, and that fits the food. The room is small and fine-casual, built for the plate to do the talking. Book ahead for dinner.

Each dish was an experience. This is a modern take on Romanian food. Everything was great. Was really impressed given that most restaurants in Romania are a disappointment.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was beautifully crafted and full of incredible flavors. What made it even more special was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. Every course came with its own story, making the entire experience feel personal and memorable. I can’t wait to come back and try the tasting menu. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Everything felt warm and welcoming, from the staff and the chef, to the atmosphere and the decor. The tasting menu is not just about the food, each dish came with its own story. The staff is extremely attentive, explaining each dish with passion and knowledge. You can really feel the discipline, care and dedication behind the entire concept. 🤍

This place is truly special - from the exquisite food capturing different flavors of Romania I was not aware of, to the atmosphere that is not too stiff and just perfect, the textures everywhere, the incredible staff (Lavinia, you made our evening) that took into account some of the special needs our table had. We recently returned for a second visit, and somehow the experience was even better than the first. Every dish we tried was absolutely outstanding, creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavors that genuinely surprised us in the best way. It’s rare to be this impressed twice in a row, but this place truly delivers. The service was just as exceptional as we remembered: attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed without ever feeling intrusive. And the atmosphere ties everything together, elegant, welcoming, and ideal for a special evening. It’s not often you leave a restaurant already looking forward to your next visit, but that’s exactly how we felt. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a memorable fine dining experience.
