Margaux opened on February 26, 2026, in the newly renovated Malmö Börshus, led by Niclas Jönsson, one of Sweden's few two-Michelin-star chefs, a rank earned during his years at Aloë in Älvsjö alongside Daniel Höglander. The restaurant handles the classical, elegant side of the kitchen, with three-course menus.
It shares a kitchen with its livelier sibling Como under the same historic roof at Skeppsbron 2. Jönsson runs the venture with Micke Björkman, previously of Nobu London, Vassa Eggen and Riche.

Such an amazing experience! We went here for dinner last night and had the four-course menu, which was absolutely incredible. Every course was delicious, but what really made the evening special was that it felt like so much more than just a meal. It was a whole experience. It was my husband’s birthday, and although that wasn’t the reason we were there, the team went above and beyond with thoughtful little details throughout the evening to make him feel extra special. Those small touches really made a difference and showed just how much care they put into creating a memorable experience for their guests. The food, service, atmosphere and attention to detail were all exceptional. It’s definitely a special experience, and while it’s not an everyday dinner, I genuinely think the price is worth it. Both for the food and for everything that comes with it. We had such a wonderful evening and would absolutely come back! ✨

Absolutely phenomenal place! If I could give 6 stars I would. Every single dish was packed with flavour and well balanced. The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

Such a nice experience! The food was really good, but what stood out the most was the service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel really well taken care of. Great atmosphere, delicious food and just an overall lovely evening. Would definitely come back!
