Modern alpine cooking below a wine shop on Rathausgasse, from the people behind Restaurant Romy

Cima opened on Rathausgasse on February 24, 2026, in a stone cellar under the wine shop Tredicipercento. Sina and Pascal Ralo, who also run Restaurant Romy, are behind it, with Valentina Tacconelli cooking and Laura Grunder running the floor.

The menu turns alpine staples into modern plates, split between a tasting menu and à la carte dishes like homemade pasta and brasato. The wine list, built with Tredicipercento, holds more than 500 alpine bottles, among the largest and most focused cellars in Bern's old town.
