A roast worth chasing down a quiet Sanmin lane. The owner spent years in Hong Kong's coffee scene before coming home to open this, and less than two years later it landed at no. 46 on the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops list.

Stronghold roasters sit in back, a La Marzocco Strada X runs the bar, and the 1+1 set pours the same roast as espresso and with milk so you can taste the difference. Doors open at 10am and the few seats vanish by 10:05, so get there early or take away. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Astoundingly amazing coffee experience! The staff here are all so incredibly nice and the dining experience is like nothing else! This is a must visit for all coffee lovers!

One of the best iced lattes I had in Kaohsiung. It's a small café with few tables, perfect for groups of 1-2pax. I went on a Saturday around lunch, not much people are inside. Vibes are pretty chill, and the baristas are friendly in helping me select beans to take home. Highly recommended for coffee lovers, worth the trip!
